View along the North Shore Trail  at Point Lobos State Natural Reserve. Reserve originally created in 1973; expanded to State Marine Reserve (SMR) and State Marine Conservation Area (SMCA) in 2007. One of only two places where native Monterey Cypress trees can be found. Called the “greatest meeting of land and water in the world” by landscape artist Francis McComas. Monterey County, CA.
